A New Chapter

Tonight, we made a decision--one that will surely bring a lot of change and many adventures. We have decided to move to Edinburgh, Scotland!

Joe was recently accepted to the University of Edinburgh's New College (Divinity School), where he will spend the next three-ish years working towards his Ph.D. in Theology. The program is really a perfect fit for him and we have already felt so welcomed by his adviser, Father Michael Purcell. I'll let Joe fill you in on the details of the program and what he'll be studying.

As we prepare to cross the pond, we thought we'd start a blog to keep our families and friends updated on our progress in the preparations and life once we get there. Check back and (hopefully) we'll have fairly regular posts for you. Meanwhile, here's a picture of our new city.
